We have dealt with Wardlaw for years - furnaces, fire places and air conditioners. I have zero complaints about the service technician. He came, spent time looking at the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and did a great job. What I am concerned with is the fact that I had to pay a service charge plus a fuel surcharge for something that it sounds like was installed wrong on my AC unit purchased just a year ago rather than a regular wear and tear item. Very impressed with Julien C.’s experience and professionalism. He’s always kind, and he gets problems solved quickly. A few years ago, he was the one who figured out the root cause of my furnace issue, and today he came to the rescue for my AC. Truly fortunate to have him in our community.

Andrew was a very competent and pleasant technician. Explained things as he worked and was comfortable to have doing the work. Would love to have him back for the finishing of the job when the parts come in.

Had a blip early on, but Wardlaw made it right. Timely service, installers were great and did a job well done. Service is expensive without an ongoing maintenance plan, but (fingers crossed) you shouldn’t need maintenance with a solid unit.

Able to book maintenance appointment quickly (within a week) for my gas boiler and technician showed up on time, was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!
