I am incredibly grateful for the whole team at Wardlaw. Kaelan (sales), Seth (technician), Mark (problem solver extraordinare), Blake (technician), and Marlene (Admin) were wonderful to deal with. Within a couple days, my A/C was negotiated and installed even after a few snags due to having an older home. Thank you all for your kindness, efficiency, and effort in getting this job done before my baby comes! I highly recommend dealing with Wardlaw team here in Sault Ste. Marie.

This was our first experience with Wardlaw, and their employees. In a nutshell, we observed Rob H to have exceptional customer service. He also demonstrated a solid work ethic. He was knowledgeable, capable, efficient and respectful. His communication skills are great. He took technical and mechanical functions and explained them in terms that were easy to understand. Great job Rob! Employees like you give Wardlaw a good name.

We have dealt with Wardlaw for years - furnaces, fire places and air conditioners. I have zero complaints about the service technician. He came, spent time looking at the problem and fixed it. He explained the problem and did a great job. What I am concerned with is the fact that I had to pay a service charge plus a fuel surcharge for something that it sounds like was installed wrong on my AC unit purchased just a year ago rather than a regular wear and tear item. Purchased furnace and heat pump and was installed September 2025. In January 2026 we had a problem with our furnace heating our house to 35 degrees. The only way we could lower it was to turn the furnace off. When Wardlaw came the next day we found out our heat pump had never been connected to our thermostat. It has taken 9 months to get it connected. We have had fried circuit boards, had to move and replace our thermostat. Still have a whole in our wall that they were suppose to fix. Julian was prompt, very courteous and explained everything to us. Wouldn’t hesitate to have him back for maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner. We also love the maintenance plan that Wardlaw offers.
