Took time off of work for them to access for estimate. Stated would get the estimate in a day or two. It’s now been a week. I guess I wasn’t a big enough job to receive great service.
Paint on our 1918 home--the garage door, porches, and flat metal roof & railing--needed refreshing. Warden's painters carefully scraped and painted everything, matching existing paint colors. When a rotten board in the garage door was found, they sent a carpenter right away so painting could proceed. The painters were extremely positive, even on the hottest August days, and they worked very carefully, laying drop cloths at all times to protect the cement driveway.
