They say they did the job by saying they diagnosed the issue and provided a solution to fix it. Well its not hard to diagnose an issue when it is clearly snapped off in front of you. The solution they offered sry we cant fix this, please call and schedule an appointment, we wont be able to come back until the end of july, or you can hire someone else to replace the whole T-set if you need water sooner.Pine state had my water back in 10 minutes! Excellent company, corrected my water issues. I had uranium, rust,very hard water, silver in my water. For the first time after they put in my water treatment system I can drink my water. I am very impressed with the owner and guys that installed my system. Very honest and helpful
