We had gone to this Cahouns recently because I had been there 3 years,ago and it was great. My husband hesitated because last time he had been to Calhouns was in Gatlinburg and it was really bad. I talked to him into it though. I had chicken, ham and bacon salad....HORRIBLE. The chicken was mushy and tasted like they soaked it in lemon vinegar. The ham was rubbery and hard.
