We've used Ward Stevens on three occasions and will use them again in the future. We appreciate the kindness and thorough explanations of the issues we were having. The pictures provided are a nice visual of the problems. David has been great to work with and we feel we are being guided correctly and honestly. We were told what they felt was a priority and what really didn't need fixed. We definitely don't like having car issues, but it's comforting knowing we have a place to go to when the time comes.

They did an awesome job on my truck. I took it in one day And they got it in later that day. They Did a transmission flush , and my brakes. No kore squeaking haha. Price was reasonable. Thanks!! Would definitely recommended .

Dropped my truck off for an oil change and ended up getting a full inspection. They took the time to send me photos of issues AND included information on whether they were a priority fix, or something to keep an eye on. No pressure- just honest, hard work to keep me informed. The customer service was top notch! Ladies, if you’ve felt uncomfortable or pressured during automotive repairs in the past, this experience was nothing like that for me. Clean, safe, and great customer service!

Very polite and knowledgeable! Got my car back quickly and everything was done to perfection. Prices are great and didn't get pestered about air filters or other misc stuff. Very comprehensive inspection report. Would highly recommend them.

man i just wanted to shout these guys out for an awesome way of doing things. they definitely will care for your car as if it’s their own. i value the conversations i have with them. great group of guys. i wish nothing but the absolute best for them as they move forward with this new garage.
