At the time of needing coverage, Ward was very responsive and helpful. However, it took an extremely long time to receive proof of coverage (and repeated emails and messages). It was not until I emailed requesting to transfer to a new agent that I received a reply. When I later canceled coverage after my initial policy finished, it again was a difficult process. and ultimately I needed to sign a cancelation in person, even though I was no longer living nearby.
