Nothing says "I neither want or need your business" like a real estate agent with a digital gatekeeper. I have called the office multiple times with no result and the agent multiple times. I get it, I don't want to answer the phone, either. I hope business stays this good. Perhaps an $80K lot isn't really worth the time or bother. That's okay, too. Where to start? Jenny Cook is the most competent and hardworking realtor that we have ever worked with. Her communication with us was flawless; she never left us guessing about anything. When there was some lag on the other end, she jumped right in and worked to resolve it. She is so knowledgeable and has many contacts and resources that made things move along smoothly. She is an absolute professional and we are very thankful that she is the one who sold our home for us!
Realtor down talks you like you're not intelligent. Very degrading. I will not recommend this place and will advise others to maybe rethink.
Lindsey Knipp is such an attentive and knowledgeable agent! She helped us out when our previous agent ghosted us and was with us every step of the way. She's made the buying process much simpler and easier to manage and was such a joy to work with. I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. We wouldn't be here without her
