I think disappointing is the best way to describe what we have spent for a week rental. This our third year. The first year we arrived in July heat with no air in our S Topsail rental. The second year was seemingly redeeming in a N Topsail rental, so we rebooked the same location. This year really shows how homes are taken care of. One year later in the same N Topsail location and the house is far from what you would expect. The carpets are stained and weren't even vacuumed.
