On behalf of my mother, I would like to say a very big THANK YOU!, to Ward and plumbing systems tech Jeb. He was very professional and courteous. Mom stated it was like angels had arrived to fix her plumbing issue (which I unfortunately caused by trying to repair a leaky Delta shower cartridge).
