Alan was very courteous and, professional. He explained my options very well. They were able to schedule a fairly quick re-piping process.
6+ years of being a loyal customer. They came out to check on an issue with my AC. The ducting had detatched from the air handler. They taped it back on. Less than 30 minute job and some tape. Charged me 628 dollars. That was the price after their "ward guard discount". I will not be back. - I'm adding to this a few days later, they did refund 239 dollars as they indicated I was double charged for the job, so the job comes out closer to 389 dollars. I appreciate them reaching out to try and correct this.
