Visit One: The engineer described very openly and clearly what inspections and work he was doing on our Trane Varispeed HVAC system and why. He was friendly and humorous. He was good at explaining how the system worked, and what problems to look out for down the line. He was also very good at explaining the cost benefits of signing up for Ward Guard, we signed up for a years cover to save on a re inspection of the Feon gas pressure that we can do in 6 months to determine if a leak is serious enough to warrant work. We have a summer cabin located the Franklin area, and suddenly were limited in our hot water. Ward PH&A were responsive in sending out a technician to analyze ur situation. It was determined that we were in need on a new Hot Water Heater. (The existing unit was over 16 years old.) The technician (Alan C) actually came out on his day off to install our new system since we had family gathering in to celebrate the 250th Independence Celebration. Unreliable service. I contacted them about working on my senville mini split and set up an appointment on a Saturday. I get a text Saturday after I had already waited hours on them that they would not be able to make it. Not a big deal things happen. So they say they will be here Monday. I notify them I work thru the week and won't be home till after 5. They said that's fine. Monday at 4 I get a call the guy is sitting in my driveway.
