Awesome to work with and such ease to acquire a unit for our needs
Five-star experience from start to finish. Danielle, the onsite manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and went well beyond what’s expected — offering great suggestions and making sure my unit was set up smoothly even when things weren’t quite ready. She’s a true asset to the company and a great reflection of their standards. I also worked with Khalif through online customer service, and he was equally helpful getting everything set up. Good service and great pricing
Will never do business with this company better off to go to long Beach storage they put leins on the units two day of being late on you bill so they can sale and them there is no main office. It is a fly by night operation .
This used to be a 5 star review for how nice the unit itself was but I was completely bait and switched. I moved into my unit at the end of July 2025 with a monthly rate of $81. They notified me 3 weeks prior to a rate increase of almost 50%! My new monthly rate is $144. How on earth do you raise the rate THIS much in less than 6 months? I do NOT recommend, extremely shady business practices. Avoid!!
