I can not say enough great things about this company. Last week, we came home to discover our AC wasn't working. My husband, called Ward, and they came out that same night. They quickly diagnosed the issue as the blower motor in the furnace, and unfortunately, our furnace required a particular motor. It was backordered, and they made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. Came out for an emergency call after a different contractor serviced our oil furnace and we began experiencing issues including black smoke billowing into the basement and out of the chimney. The second he arrived he validated our concerns (he could smell the smoke right away)! Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining both what he was doing to fix the issue-as well as give us information on what to expect after the service. Called for emergency service after our hot water went out on a Friday night. Ward Heating got back to me immediately, and came right out the next day (unlike a few other local places I had contacted). Tom was great in explaining the options, and arranging to fix the problem sooner than we could have expected-- making for a very happy household! I have been using Ward for I’d say the last 3 years. I just replaced a furnace and oil tank and installed central AC. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and will continue to call them for service moving forward. The pricing was comparable to other companies I got quotes from in the area.
