Dr Ward really makes comfort a priority. I had several small cavities to be filled and the numbing process was painless. I told him I require more numbing than most people and he patiently worked on the numbing until he was sure I didn’t feel anything. He takes his time and does good work. He’s not focused on high volume with drilling and billing.
Dr. Ward is very professional and compassionate. He has always taken the time to provide education and answer all of my questions with any procedure or treatment I’ve needed. I absolutely love Taylor, his hygienist, she is the best!

I have been a patient at this practice for a cumulative of about 12+ years. I have moved to different states and areas within NC, never finding a dentist that could compare. Even upon my return to my home city I choose to still come here even though it’s a 30 minute drive. Excellent care is given each and every time. I have never met an unfriendly face or attitude whether it be over the phone or in person. The staff are always friendly and personable.
