Displaying incredible incompetence, Dr. Ward destroyed my dental implant attempting to install an incompatible crown. I've learned through this ordeal that there are literally hundreds of different brands of implants, but, Dr. Ward failed to contact the Florida dentist, who had installed my implant, to identify its brand and type, despite having the contact information.
