Do not trust Ward Kia in Carbondale, Illinois. This is a business whose practice is based on lies. They omit information in they're advertisements and they offer false promises. This is not a company which cares about their customer. Seek a business that is wholesome and who will treat you with respect. I bought a car from Ron Ward. Was very happy with it untill the loan company called me and said they had sold my loan to another company. My payments would now double and I would pay it or they would collect the car. I couldnt afford that! I returned to Ron Ward telling them I thought we had singed a contract. I was told this was leagal and tough! I would NEVER BUY FROM RON WARD! And I feel I was scammed!
I had a good experience with ward all thought when they would call us to buy our vehicle from us,and they would get us in a new vehicle w/o a problem we would drive 2hrs away for them to deny us, they did that 4x to us, so we havent been back.We tell them a price range they always went over it.
ward chrysler kia in carbondale was one of the easiest buying experiences that i have ever encountered. i would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. i did not have very good credit, but wards was the only one that took time to help me out. thanks ward
