The staff at Warby Street vets were amazing when my fur baby Jiminy Cricket had a stroke and needed to be put to sleep. They were so compassionate and understanding. I couldn't ask for better support. Dr Matt and staff, thank you. The were absolutely amazing when my frenchie had surgery. With after surgery phone calls to check on Blue, My dog at home. The staff are all very welcoming and supportive. They always make our dog feel at ease which is great to see since she’s normally so anxious! The team are very understanding and transparent about costs and are very open by offering all available options for treatment plans which I value and respect a lot.
Make sure you keep receipts at this joint, accused me of owing them money, i paid the invoice on the day 2 months prior, shocking attitude from the office staff, I HAD been going there for 5 or so years, the only thing they fixed for us was putting old animals down, could not cure anything, just keep you going back.
I can’t speak highly enough of Jesse and the care he provided. He was absolutely fantastic — compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in getting the best possible outcome for Albert. During what has been a very stressful and worrying time, Jesse took the time to explain everything clearly, talk through the treatment options and answer every question without ever making us feel rushed.
