Lacey was amazing! My contact fell out and I rushed in, and she helped me right away even though I wasn’t a customer. She was kind, knowledgeable, and really put me at ease. I’ll definitely come back to Warby Parker to get glasses!
I had purchased a new pair of sunglasses and one of the lenses became scratched just after the warranty period ended. I took them to the Yorkdale store, and Cody was very helpful and suggested that I call customer service and they would assist in arrangements for a replacement. Thank you!
