While the staff is lovely; the "video assisted eye exams" are anything but. My appointment started 30 minutes late due to technical difficulties getting the technician logged in to the system. When it came time to do the refraction test where they compare lenses, the machine would not connect to the remote technician. It took more than an hour and twenty minutes (three calls to their IT department and three separate technicians) to finally get it working - and when it did, it barely worked at that. Warby Parker staff was amazing at helping to find the style of frames that my daughter was looking for. They were able to research my insurance and will file all claims for me. They also had a great selection and the pricing is much less than any other places we have shopped.
First in store visit to Warby Parker. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excited to receive my new glasses!!
