Love the staff at the Village District store. Selection of eyeglass frames is excellent!
Came in over a month ago in order to get a contact lens exam. They didn't have my brand of contact lens so they said they would order some and gave me a trial pair while I waited. Three weeks later and they hadn't contacted me so I reached out and they said they would have them in next week so I could come in. Two weeks later and they haven't reached back out so I contact them again and they say it takes three weeks for the trial pair to come in even though it's already been 5 weeks.
Excellent customer service from T. - she was super patient and I think I’ll be very happy with my glasses. - Its hard for me to find a pair I like!
