Just went in to check it out Was welcomed with a friendly greeting even though the store was busy - the girl was very helpful and I ended up ordering a new pair of glasses - love the 30 day return policy !
I am a new customer at Warby Parker, and I was totally impressed. From the moment I walked in. I was greeted within seconds. The exam was thorough knowledgeable. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. I also liked that I was able to then pick out my frames and that they’ll be mailed to my house. It was an excellent experience and everyone that works in that location gets a 10 star rating from me.
My experience at Warby Parker was very pleasant. Everyone in the store was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family!
