Great experience from beginning to end. I was greeted by 2 employees as soon as I walked in the store . At that time , I was the only customer in the store and both employees worked with me picking out frames , checking on my insurance etc. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process which only took 30 mins max to purchase 2 pairs of glasses. I would highly recommend the company and this store. Emily did an exceptional job .
I love the ease of Warby Parker! They have simple pricing and such a great product. I also love that I can schedule an exam online with ease or drop-in to have my glasses "tuned up" (tightened or nose pieces repaired) as I shop in the area.
