The gentleman who helped me out yesterday, Jahmel (I believe) was absolutely amazing. He was so understanding and incredibly helpful. I came in for an adjustment on glasses I received from an online order and he made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left. He never once made me feel like I was being picky about it or a burden. The guest service he gave is unmatched and I told all my glasses wearing friends about him and Warby Parkers incredible service.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker Studio City. The optometrist was lovely and their diagnostic equipment is very modern. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Jillian. She patiently helped me decide about new frames and the process was easy.
