I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker on Southport. I came in after a rough morning — I tripped over a massive crack in the sidewalk and broke my glasses — and every single person I met was so kind. The woman who greeted me pulled great frames, another associate worked miracles on my broken pair, the optometrist was warm, and the gentleman who helped me with frames after my exam was incredibly patient. Loved shopping for reading glasses with my insurance here! I saw online options but wanted the team to suggest what might be good options for me. They pulled a tray full and I liked 3 of them, settling on a style that was different from what I already have. Highly recommend the staff here! The price beyond what insurance covers was very good for prescription readers (but more than the Target, CVS or Walgreens selections).
Great experience. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable and no sale pressure. They took care of everything and it was very simple. I won't go anywhere else from now on!
