Getting my first pair of glasses-- Warby Parker made it very easy and simple. I had went to a different brand's store first and the selection was a little overwhelming and the staff wasn't very helpful so I left feeling discouraged. Walked into WP and within 10 minutes they helped me get my pair and I was on my way. Nicole was amazing, helping me before and after my purchase. She was really fantastic and I will be back because of her help!
Had a great experience at this Warby Parker today. Eye exam was fast easy and informative. Entire staff was friendly and Kayla especially helped me find exactly the right pair of glasses while explaining everything to me as we went. Very helpful. I will definitely be back again. Thank you!
