I went into Warby Parker for the first time, and it was a pleasure. Ellie was wonderful. She helped me pick frames and do the proper testing. And when it came time to go over my options for lenses, no pressure at all. She answered all of my questions, and I felt great about the purchase. As easy as can be!
I was excited to see Warby Parker on Montana Ave so I booked my eye exam and chose to keep my existing frames for my new prescription. The doctor was very helpful and answered my questions. The front staff initiated a conversation about insurance which didn’t occur to me. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional people.
Dr. Solis was warm and knowledgeable. She took time to make sure my contacts and glasses prescriptions were right and answered all my questions thoroughly. The store staff were similarly kind and helpful.
Kristina is a gem - she tightened and loosened five pairs of my glasses and was overall so sweet and accommodating and generous w her time
Great location with very friendly staff! Ellie was super helpful and made finding my 2 new pairs of glasses easy and stress-free.
