Everytime I visit this location they have exceptional service! I came in today to get my glasses adjusted and Torez provided amazing service. He’s super friendly and helpful.
Second eye exam here, back for new contacts. Doctor and tech were super friendly and efficient, and Reina had my estimates priced for me as soon as I was done with the exam. So easy to use my insurance here.
The Incredibly professional, personable, and informative staff at Warby Parker at Ponce City were great. They were patient, looked up my insurance information for me and were extremely helpful with everything from which styles fit my face best to which features/add-ons I qualified for.
