Warby Parker at Ponce City Market provided my son and I with a professional, efficient, informative, and great customer service experience. The team was great! They were patient with us and checked out insurance to determine the most cost effective way to apply our insurance to keep the out of pocket cost as low as possible. I didn't ask them to do this. They just did it. I truly appreciated this great customer service experience because It's just rare these days. Thanks guys!

The store is clean and bright, there are so many more options than I anticipated. I was able to take my time and try on dozens of pairs before I made my decision. The staff was very helpful but also let me take my time. The doctor was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions.
This was my third experience at this Warby Parker location, and it’s always a pleasure! Taurus and Jason were very helpful in supporting me as I made a decision on a new pair of glasses. However, it was Ari who really brought the entire experience home. Her product knowledge, humor, professionalism, and patience (because I was definitely being indecisive!) made my experience THAT much better. I truly appreciated the time and attention she gave me. Another great experience at this location!
