Went to this location the evening of July 21st to get my sunglasses that I got from warby Parker a couple weeks ago re-adjusted. As soon as I walked in, there were 2 employees working with 2 other guests and I totally get that they were busy with other customers, but it took about 5 minutes for someone to even greet me and another 5 minutes for someone to "help" me out. From the very second I entered the store to the last moments I left someone was there to walk me through every step of the way. I was greeted by two employees, and they made The check in process very seemless. From there the two individuals including the doctor were very efficient. I even had my 3 year old son with me and all the employees there from the back of house to the front made him feel welcomed and included him in the process.
