Less crowded than their other locations. If you are trying to book an appointment same day sometimes you can get right in if the current appointment is late or missed it.
Great selection of affordable frames (and a great view of the city). If you need to use the restroom, you must ask an employee, and they will take you there.
Great service; fixed our glasses and made them look new again
The office is very stylish, with lots of (good) free candy!
Much less crowded here on a saturday than the nearby store on Greene st.
Far less crowded than their Greene Street location in SoHo, but a tad bit harder to find. You can never go wrong with a pair from WP though.

Friendly staff and great frames! Gotta love the $95 price tag with free adjustments and scratch replacement.
If you have an 11am appointment don't expect to enter the doors prior to 11. The 10 minute early request doesn't apply to the first appointment of the day.
