Received really great customer service at Warby Parker. They listened to me when I described what I was looking for, provided a great selection, were very knowledgeable, and made buying eye glasses and sunglasses were fast and efficient.

Great experience for getting an eye exam and new glasses. They have a wonderful, professional staff and a great selection of glasses.
My experience has been an absolute nightmare. I got an eye test and ordered frames from them and everything about my order was screwed. They confused the OD prescription from the OS and switched it, forgot to measure the frames to align the lenses to my eyeball and now I have to go back again because I am pretty sure the prescription was wrong from the beginning.
