I've been a big fan of Warby Parker for many years now. I love the frames, the blue-light option for readers, and the superior customer service.
Maria was so helpful. I could not find my receipt to exchange my glasses and it took some time before she was able to find it on my email. She was patient, kind and didn’t mind taking the time to “investigate” the problem. She put my mind at ease with her sweet personality.
