The staff are friendly and greet you upon entering the store. Then they leave you to it. They are not too "in your business" while browsing unless called on. As an introvert, I freaking love that. As long as this lovely balance is your shopping experience, I will always want to come in to buy and try stuff on.
Loved the selection of glasses and the customer service is top notch. Dr. Brian Dowling was great and the gentleman helping me chose the glasses so kind! Thanks!
