Josiah and Damien we so sweet and helpful! When I realized I left my prescription at home they set it up so I just had to upload a picture when I got home. I was greeted the minute I entered the store and the great experience just continued from there!
This was my first time in a Warby Parker, but honestly the best glasses shopping experience! The staff was helpful without being overbearing and let you explore at your own pace, but were there to help when you needed it. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in need of a new pair of frames.
I have several pairs of eyeglasses from Warby Parker, all of which were purchased online. We were visiting our son in Chicago and decided to make an in-store visit. I was impressed with the sevice selection and ease of ordering. I wish there was a store near where we live but the closest is over 100 miles away. I highly recommend Warby Parker either in store or on line. The quality, service snd selection cannot be beat, all at exceptionally reasonable prices
