Had the pleasure of working with Kimberly from intro to exit. I couldn’t be more complimentary of her approach and attitude. Some how she seems to have mastered a non pressure approach while optimistically offering tasteful options and maintaining enough excitement throughout the process that the sale/transaction is (not seems) seamless. What started as browsing will ultimately be 4+ pair of glasses and another mandatory stop when in Chicago.
Kimberly was absolutely wonderful and helped me until I found the perfect frames. Cole was great as well! Dr. Oh was very pleasant and thorough. A fantastic store!
