Showed up with broken glasses I thought would have to be sent for repair. Instead, they were fixed on site in a matter of minutes. Just wanted to say thank you to the staff!
I was really blown away by Warby Parker and the eye exam. I had no idea that the experience with the ophthalmologist would be that good, to be honest. I chose WP because it was walking distance from my work and it took my insurance. I had been battling eye discomfort for years and told there wasn’t much else I could do about my current status. I visited the Georgetown DC store & had a GREAT interaction with Lisa. She was absolutely amazing!! I told her I was looking for a BOLD set of eyeglasses & after a few pairs, she amazed me with the BOLD set of glasses I was looking for. Remember, it's the team within the store that make the experience amazing!
