I had a short amount of time and wanted to try on in the store; I showed them the lenses I had saved in the app and the consultant brought them out quickly. He explained the process to me and I got what I needed in less than 20 minutes.
I came in to get a pair of glasses and sunglasses and Owen was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for right away!
Despite a busy location, they always do a good job taking care of me when I stop in. Today I needed to order replacement lenses for my older Warby Parker frames as I have a new prescription. Dylan was able to help me right away and he also adjusted my secondary pair of Warby parker glasses. Helpful and fast. Thanks!
