Went for an eye exam today and was really happy with the service. Very friendly staff, on time, and I really appreciated the optometrist explaining the details of the digital retinal imaging taken of my eyes. 10/10, would recommend. Also notable: it's very easy to export the receipt from the website in the format needed for submitting an FSA claim - which isn't always the case with online portals, so I'm thrilled at how easy it was.
Booked a same day appointment and arrived ten minutes early. Filled out the check in form. Waited for over half an hour and was then told the doctor had left for the day.
Second time buying glasses at Warby Parker but first time at this location! Very helpful staff & welcoming vibe. Found my new pair of glasses & the staff truly went above and beyond.
