Today, myself and my brother visited the Warby Parker location on Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn, Ny. I had previously visited this location and had made a prior purchase . The purpose of this visit was to purchase eyewear for myself. My brother had accompanied me to assist in chosing a frame. Received great service in this store in Brooklyn today; warm, welcoming and helpful. Forgot the name of the lady who tended to us; she was great !
Needed my lenses popped into some new frames asap, I ran over to the Flatbush location just now , Brandon hooked it up with the new frames, and someone whose name I didn’t get (sorry!) swapped my lenses into the new frames super fast. I was in and out, and I’m super appreciative of it.
