I had my first exam done at this location and was checked in by Jake who was very welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. My exam was done with Dr. Dao who was also very welcoming and knowledgeable in what she does. Overall I have to say my experience here went extremely well and shoutout to a great team!
I've bought from Warby Parker only once before this. The second time was much smoother than the first time- who isn't an indecisive mess with eye wear? Luckily, I had Naeemah there to help me select a pair that best complimented my style and face shape. I would have been in a pickle without her. Now, fast forward a few days and my pair should be arriving today in the mail as I work. I'm incredibly grateful for her and the Warby Parker team! -Rance

WP used to be more cost effective; not now they've joined the business of expensive eyeglasses. Best service practices and still slightly lower than other places so I choose this place above others due to service. It would be helpful to have more than one stool in the waiting area.
The staff are very friendly and patients.
