Pleasantly surprised to have a wonderful experience with Warby Parker's customer service at the Fashion Valley mall. My husband and I were in need of a new prescription and glasses which brought us to setup an easy appointment online the night before. We arrived early and Cooper warmly greeted and checked us in, offering us a tray for all of our glass options. Wow! I had seen the ads on TV about Warby Parker but experiencing the store in person blew me and my husband’s mind - fresh, bright interior with great inventory and super customer service oriented staff - so refreshing to have plenty of help that are trained and knowledgeable. We loved our experience and will definitely go back!
