I love WP Andersonville! I’ve seen two doctors here and both were great at explaining each step, the significance, and considering eye health as part of your overall health/how other health conditions may impact your eyes. They also have great recommendations for OTC products to assist with specific issues. The whole team is very kind and super transparent with cost, and not pushy if you change your mind or just want a quote. I’ve been coming here two years and will continue to come back!
I purchased my new frames online and brought them in here to have the fit adjusted- mine always need adjusted pretty dramatically and Kaiya was very kind and helpful in making sure they were perfectly fitted!
Really disappointed in my experience. I purchased frames (no Rx lenses) at the store which needed to be ordered and shipped and was told they would be delivered in 10 business days. I received an email confirming they would be delivered in 10 business days. They still have not shipped and now customer service says they will be delivered in 17 days without any explanation for the delay. I could understand a delay if I were getting lenses, but I am not.
