Friendly staff and good selection
I’ve shopped at WP for my last 4 pair of glasses (in FtW) . I moved to Austin over a year ago and needed to upgrade my prescription so I downloaded it and headed to the store to try on and get some recommendations. The store on Lamar is tucked away and has the hardest parking lot to navigate I’ve ever seen. Not for the weak if you’re not patient don’t even try to find a spot. Customer service was excellent and great selection
Excellent customer service - Isha (not sure of spelling) picked out two pairs that she thought would suit me and they were perfect. Even though I tried others I came back to her suggestions. No high pressure sales, friendly and easy process to buy. Definitely recommend.
This is my second experience with this location. The staff is very helpful and the process is efficient.
