We appreciated Ashley’s guidance during the purchasing process.
The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable staff was not pushy about purchasing glasses. They had a large selection of different frames, and they were reasonably priced ended up buying a pair and very happy with the experience! will go again!!
The best customer service! Awesome selection of glasses/sunglasses. Ashley helped my daughter and I check out easily and quickly. We will definitely return when needing classes or contacts in the future.
Had a great experience at Warby Parker. The staff was attentive and I got right in for an eye exam. Very friendly and accommodating staff and they have a ton of affordable frames to choose from. Ordering process was easy. Highly recommend!
Before a local store was available, I used to order through the Warby Parker website. My recent experience at the store was just as great. The customer service rep was very attentive and was able to help me pick out the frames that fit my face perfectly. I simply brought a copy of my recent prescription and ordering was a breeze, and they will ship to my home. Highly recommend!
