The Warby Parker team in East Lansing is phenomenal. They provide top-notch individual individualized customer Service. They are knowledgeable and expertise to assist with pricing and insurance information and they are very patient.
Great experience at Warby Parker. Frame selections are fantastic. Many modern choices. I think every frame is only $95 and they fit narrow, medium and wide faces. The staff was very helpful. I had purchased Warby Parker sunglasses online before but it's really nice to have a store locally. This time I used their optometry services and ordered prescription lenses. They stand behind their glasses with a great return policy as well.
Super helpful staff. They spent their time carefully helping my daughter pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I will definitely come back for glasses in the future.
