I had a problem with the prescription in the lenses of newly purchased glasses. After I visited my doctor and getting a corrected prescription, I returned to Warby Parker to get the lenses changed. I was seen quickly, the optometrist was very nice, knowledgeable, and ordered me new glasses at no charge.
