Awesome experience! The staff make it easy. Super efficient service and an excellent assortment of styles. Love the price and being able to get the glasses mailed to my house. Wish I had one in my town…. I drove an hour just to go here. So happy they did not let me down.

The best experience getting glasses that I have ever had. They had so many styles and frame sizes. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or to ask about a smaller/bigger size or a different color. The staff are stellar. They were friendly, and attentive without being pushy. My salesperson was knowledgeable on insurance and pricing. He was great to work with. I usually buy frames online but decided to stop by the storefront to try on frames IRL.. AND IM SO GLAD I DID! I’m sort of picky about my frames and I was there for quite a bit trying things on. I was by myself, so I kept asking the associates for their opinions and that was a big help! I ended up getting a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Had a great experience ordering my prescription glasses and sunglasses at Warby Parker. The staff person that assisted me was very friendly and helpful! There was a great selection of frames at reasonable prices. They helped make the insurance process go smoothly and to get the best price for the second pair not covered by insurance. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs and excited to get my glasses!

Was there on a Wednesday evening, so it wasn’t busy at all. Which meant it was an extremely pleasant experience – with the 2 people working being very friendly, helpful and patient. They offered just the right amount of help for me with a few suggestions that didn’t cross over into being too attentive. Patience is needed when looking over the many options and they excelled at that. They both made the searching and purchasing process a very pleasant experience.
