I stopped in to Warby Parker today to purchase a pair of prescription glasses. Over all, my experience was quite positive. If I were to be critical of anything it would be that I waited to be helped longer than I would have expected. At the time I was in the store there appeared to be just one associate in the store and he was tied up a long time with a customer. Great store with great service. I had a kind and light-hearted staffer help me find my perfect pair... and I tried on many... many frames and they were happy to help. Ordering was easy and my frames arrived fairly quickly. I've had a screw come loose on a set of frames and they were quick to help as well. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price.
I popped in solo on my lunch break and left feeling like I’d just hung out with friends. The staff were incredibly kind, fun and refreshingly honest when helping me choose frames. No fake flattery, just real opinions that helped make my decision easy. Their glasses are stylish, high-quality and affordable. This spot is a gem!
My husband needed new glasses so we went to try some on at lens crafter. Right away Lain was so helpful. As soon as they saw him they were picking out glasses they thought he’d like. All of them looked amazing. They probably spent over an hour going through different glasses, never rushing us, never making us feel like we were a burden. It felt like shopping with a friend.
