Was there on a Wednesday evening, so it wasn’t busy at all. Which meant it was an extremely pleasant experience – with the 2 people working being very friendly, helpful and patient. They offered just the right amount of help for me with a few suggestions that didn’t cross over into being too attentive. Patience is needed when looking over the many options and they excelled at that. They both made the searching and purchasing process a very pleasant experience.
I keep returning to this store to buy new glasses. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is super convenient for me to stop in and get adjustments or any help I may need. Even though WP is out of network for my insurance, the glasses are still a good value and I can submit for partial reimbursement. Plus their styles just fit me.
Great experience! The staff were very helpful, friendly, and patient in explaining every step of the process. Knew when to leave me alone and let me look around and were happy to step in when I asked for opinions! That, along with the promotion and much more affordable frames make this my go-to place for glasses!
