To preface, I’ve gone to Warby Parker for years and have gotten exams here for years. That ends today though. As a federal employee I am subject to really poor equipment and since I cannot bring in my own equipment for security reasons, I had to resort to requesting a reasonable accommodation in order to get a monitor I could see with or to request to simply bring my own in. I took time off work for an eye exam, planning to purchase both glasses and contacts, but the experience felt rushed and impersonal. No one greeted me upon arrival or checked whether I had completed the intake form. The staff seemed more concerned with keeping to a strict schedule than providing thorough, attentive care. My daughter and I went in and had the best ever eyeglasses experience. Abby greeted us and gave us the layout of the store, as well as helped us when we had narrowed down our selections. Other associates stepped in as well, and EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. The eye doctor was efficient yet thorough with my daughter's exam.

This was my first in-person visit to a Warby Parker location. It was such a pleasurable and successful experience! Having a small, narrow face and a need for just the right-sized frames, it was a great decision to visit the store. The help I received was outstanding, and the several workers we interacted with were amazingly friendly and welcoming.

Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff at Warby Parker. My first time in and I was treated exceptionally. Dr. Christy and the whole crew there were amazing. Also love the style of the glasses and feel of the store.
