I keep returning to this store to buy new glasses. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is super convenient for me to stop in and get adjustments or any help I may need. Even though WP is out of network for my insurance, the glasses are still a good value and I can submit for partial reimbursement. Plus their styles just fit me.
Great experience. Store was busy but sale person excused himself from another customer to sign me in and got right back to me quickly to assist my needs. Extremely helpful with what I needed and offered an alternative product that worked better than what I had chosen. Informed my wife and I we could summit our purchase to our insurance.
Was there on a Wednesday evening, so it wasn’t busy at all. Which meant it was an extremely pleasant experience – with the 2 people working being very friendly, helpful and patient. They offered just the right amount of help for me with a few suggestions that didn’t cross over into being too attentive. Patience is needed when looking over the many options and they excelled at that. They both made the searching and purchasing process a very pleasant experience.
The sales person was personable, knowledgeable and patient. Our insurance mandates we keep frames for 2 years so the sales person was very informative about the type of frames and the difference between metal and plastic frames.They have a very large selection of frames and reasonable prices. We recommend coming by to see what they offer.
We have been shopping at the Warby Parker store at the KC Country Club Plaza location for years. Their customer service is second to none! Excellent prices and selection as well.
