The representative at WP on Capitol Hill ( Seattle ) was well informed. He paused every now and again to allow the customer ( me ) to think and ask a question or two. He was engaged, but not "trying to make a sale". He had steady energy, but never "hyper". Presented WB in a Conversational tone, not in a professorial way.
Weirdly condescending staff? Was sort of taken aback. Had the same experience at both this store and the University Village store. Came in for an adjustment, was told I was basically responsible for them being adjusted poorly and that 3 month old glasses weren’t “new” so the need for adjustment was expected. Felt like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer.
