Nick was phenomenal... extremely knowledgeable and patient. Customer service was truly 5 stars. Located at the Brookfield location. Highly recommend going to Nick for any of your glasses needs.
Came into Warby Parker to try on a few frames the app recommended, and ended up having such a great experience. The gentleman working there was genuinely kind and super helpful—he walked me through all the options, gave honest feedback, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I narrowed it down to three pairs (which still feels like a big decision 😄), but I really appreciated the thoughtful service. Definitely made what could’ve been overwhelming actually enjoyable.
The staff here are incredibly helpful and professional! They repaired my glasses for free. Ashana was wonderful to work with—very kind and patient. Highly recommend coming here for your glasses or frames!
