They fixed my old Warby Parker glasses free of charge and were very friendly!
This is a super convenient location. Very clean store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got my eye exam and new prescription glasses from here. 10/10 for my overall experience.
Great service at this store. Ashana was a Rockstar. She assisted me for about 20 minutes. I felt bad taking so much of her time and didn't know it was the end of her shift. She bever said anything, only her colleague did. She answered all my questions and got me all squared away with my order on two pairs of glasses and helped explain my insurance to me and started the claim. Impeccable service all the way around. Very professional!
We had a wonderful trip to Warby Parker at Brookfield today. Stopped in to get a previous pair fit because they felt a little snug. While there, Cyerra assisted us and went above and beyond to help me find a pair of glasses to match the exact aesthetic I was looking to find.
