I came in with a recurring problem with my Warby Parker glasses not fitting properly (feeling too tight on my temple, nosepad not sitting properly). The staff was empathetic, compared the fit of the glasses with my other glasses, and fixed it quickly. I also liked the spacious layout of the store.
