The staff here are so great. This was one of the most pleasant shipping experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Both Robin and Venus were so great to work with. I might jsut stop in to say hi to these two when I’m in the neighborhood from now on I liked them both so much
I really enjoyed my interactions with literally everyone that was working today. I demand they all get raises an then right after get another one . Super chill but very professional and 100% upfront an honest . I will definitely be back an recommend this location 1000% .
My costumer service representative, Robin, helped me find the 2 perfect frames to meet my needs. She made the process clear, understandable and fun. She was able to answer all of my questions. My wife and I left the store feeling happy and excited. I will definitely be returning to work with Robin and this store again
Was very impressed with the service I received. My salesperson listened to what I wanted, showed me a few good choices and made the decision on frames easy. She was very competent with all the next steps and I was in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend.
The staff and doctor I saw were so lovely and so nice. One of their team members had a medical emergency while I was getting my exam and while helping their coworker the other staff continued to check on me, update me, and once things had resolved they still finished my exam and helped me find frames and order my first pair of glasses. 10/10 everyone was so sweet, and I hope their coworker feels better so soon!!
