Wonderful store very helpful people
I have been a WP customer for years. I am thrilled to have a "local" store and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'll be buying all of my glasses here.
Went to the Aliso Village location, normally out of the way for me, but I was in the area and waiting to meet up with a friend for dinner, and Alyssa Fisher was very helpful in helping me find another pair of frames after I had learned my old pair is discontinued at Warby Parker. Alyssa was also keen on helping me get the best deal out of my intended orders for glasses and contact lenses, explaining every process so that I understood everything, and assisted me after my visit as well.
Great standalone store with helpful associates.
I recently went to this Warby. The staff were nice and efficient. I was greeted within a minute , it was slightly busy but the staff checked in on me to make sure I was finding what I needed. The staff were very helpful and explained everything to me . For me they made the whole process simple.
