Excellent customer service. The difference between Warby Parker and other eyewear stores is night and day. Even with how busy the store gets, staff consistently acknowledge every customer and regularly check in to help with questions or finding the perfect pair of glasses. I've been wearing Warby Parker for a few years, great value for the price. Today I stopped by to browse for new glasses and they suggested to adjust the frame of my old ones. After they did their magic, my old glasses feel like new. No need to shop for new ones for now. Great customer service!
Love this company. Great choices, personalized service. When they work with you, they are not distracted by other people and give you their full attention. I love that I can have the glasses mailed to me so I don’t have to make a second trip to the store. I also appreciate being able to shop online with them. When shopping online if you have any questions, they have quick responses and you talk to an actual person.
