Excellent customer service! Loved the selection and very reasonably priced! Would definitely continue getting my vision needs at WP.
My first experience with Warby. Service was great. Prices are great. My lenses came back WAY OFF. Prescription was verified as correct. Prior lenses were compared to new lenses and the focal point was very erroneous. Now another 2-week delay to make new corrected lenses. Cannot recommend until they make it right and I can actually “see” through $650 glasses.

If you want to avoid the greedy Luxottica monopoly, and get perfectly good frames for substantially less, why wouldn't you shop at WP? I was surprised at the low frame prices, especially with the shop being located in The Domain! They had a good selection of frames, and I found what I was looking for quickly. The staff were helpful and courteous. No complaints!
