I had a lens fall out of my glasses last night due to a screw falling out. I went in to see if they would fix it for me and Zack the optician was so unbelievably helpful. He not only fixed my glasses lens, but also straightened and reworked it so it fit nicely. And the icing on the cake was that he noticed I had a manufacturers error where my lenses don’t screw in perfectly and ordered me a new pair of glasses for free!
