Came here for my two daughters, one for backup glasses and the other for primary, both found a pair within 20 min. Veronica was informative, easy to work with and very kind. The price on the frames and lenses were affordable, with Apple Pay options.
We don’t have vision insurance and we like the prices and variety and value we find. They also back their products.
I love every location I have been to! The staff at the Domain specifically are helpful as soon as I walk in and answer my questions clearly! I love the atmosphere.
The staff was so incredibly rude here. No one greeted us after 15 minutes even though no one was in the store. As we looked around, we felt uncomfortable and as if we shouldn’t be there. When we did eventually ask for help, the employee was incredibly curt and didn’t make eye contact. The experience was enough to make us leave. Super disappointing considering I’ve been a Warby Parker customer for years. I won’t come back to this location again.
