Bought a pair of Hardy Striped Pacific glasses here. They started out life as progressives but didn't quite work for me. WP customer service made it right by swapping the lenses for strictly computer lenses, refunding the difference in cost of the original progressives. I was astounded at this outcome. Couldn't be happier with the frames and lenses. But that's what you expect from a top brand known for satisfying the customer. Five stars.
