Great selection, informed sales person, polite and courteous
Great selection, friendly staff.
I am visiting from MI - I lost a screw and I recovered my lens. I went to the Palo Alto store. The staff was kind: patient, listened to my story with acknowledgment of my being so happy for their reassuring care, fixing my glasses ( and checking two more pairs that I had with me on my trip tightening and cleaning). I am grateful for Warby Parker’s consistency, helpful staff, in MI and in California. The Palo Alto store and its staff are exemplary, in customer service.
