Since my previous experience went very well, I went to werby Parker to get new glasses, I was even more impressed with all the new technology they now have, I told the employee who was helping me that I only have 11 days in the USA this time, and she assured me it will be done in ten days, meaning I can pick them up April 28, just before my departure, got my exams and picked my frame and again I insisted on pick up date and second employee assured me that they'll be back in 10 days, well long story short, they didn't, and I'... read more
Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable staff. Affordable frames and love that there is such a variety of frames to choose from. Always wanted to check out Warby Parker and so glad that I did. Would definitely recommend.
