Great overall experience at the Third Ward location! Nick was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional with the ordering of my glasses.
They forgot to email me to fill out paperwork prior to the eye exam. I show up, and they start grilling to fill out paperwork as fast as possible. Then they say I'm out of network. I am in Network except for contact exams. Overall bad experience
Great experience today at Warby Parker. Knowledgeable and friendly staff assisted, but were not pushy. Bright, clean store and wonderful selection of frames. I highly recommend.
The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a good experience (they offered to adjust my current glasses and made sure all my needs were addressed throughout the process) even though there were a lot of patrons in the shop.
