My experience in store was great. I’m glad I went to the store to purchase these so that they could measure my eyes so that the glasses fit perfectly. The customer service woman was so helpful and was not pushy.
I LOVE this store. The prices and selection are amazing, and I adore every staff member I've encountered. Never pushy, but they're always there to help. Super welcoming, and they give honest feedback when choosing frames, which I SO appreciate! Not trying to upsell constantly. They're there to help you find something you'll love. Oh, and the free any time frame adjustments? Amazing. They never act like this is an annoyance, just that they want your specs to fit you perfectly.
First time at a warby parker. Lots of good options of glasses, very affordable, and the woman who helped me was very sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommend visiting.
