Had a great shopping experience, worked with a very friendly associate that made purchasing new prescription glasses very easy. Lots of selection, she grabbed other pairs of glasses in different colors and was very easy to work with.
Totally incompetent service. My partner had an eye exam two months ago and Warby Parker has yet to send the correct prescription. First, they sent monthly contacts when she asked for daily contacts. Then, over a month later, they sent contacts with an incorrect prescription that are far too weak. Combine that with terrible communication and a failure to act on the situation without being called multiple times, she is now going onto month two without a usable contacts supply. Very helpful and efficient!
I love coming to Warby Parker in the Third Ward for my eye exam and glasses. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The optometrist answers all my questions and addresses any concerns. It is an outstanding experience!
