I needed to update three pairs of glasses–one of them sunglasses–with a new prescription. All three frames are from Warby Parker, bought within the last three years, and I still love them. They are also all in good shape; it was nice there was no pitch to replace them. Chris at the Central West End Warby Parker was a great help in figuring out how to use my insurance and their discount to get the best deal. Plentiful stock in store, friendly reps (young man named Chris was terrific), and location is great -- you can get several things done in the CWE while you're checking out glasses.
I have been to the Warby Parker store in the CWE twice now and purchased eyeglasses both times. The retail advisors I've worked with have been SO helpful assisting me in finding the best eyeglasses for my face. They suggested frames I typically may not pick out for myself. I will continue to purchase from this store any time I need new glasses.
I was very happy with my in store experience. I was traveling for a wedding and there was a Warby Parker near by. I was able to try on frame with no pressure then select two that I liked! They let me know I could get an eye exam at home and order would be good for 30 days. I’ll be scheduling an exam as soon as soon as I get home so I can get my glasses quickly.
