Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about my experience in this store today. First, I was warmly greeted with a hello and smile from Love, who got me checked in immediately. He answered my questions kindly. Then, Susan adjusted two pairs of glasses for me within 15 minutes. She is incredibly talented! My husband and I received excellent advice and assistance from both members of the team. I was having trouble making my decision and I felt the listened well and understood my priorities and were therefore able to guide me to the best choice(s).
My husband and I visited Warby Parker today to purchase new glasses for him. The associate helped us get into the store since my husband uses a wheelchair. She brought over several frame options and helped us make a selection. She explained all the features available and placed the order for the glasses. We were told when to expect delivery of the glasses. Several pairs of glasses have been purchased at Warby Parker, and we will continue to use this company.
