Susan provided a great experience in picking out my nonprescription sunglasses. She was knowledgeable, helpful and personable. My purchase was made efficiently, all my questions were answered , I was able to make an informed choice and on my way quickly. I had never been into a store only familiar with WP online, but glad to know that is an option especially based on this positive first impression.
Finally found a nice pair of glasses for an amazing price, the staff was great, I received my glasses like 3 days later and are even better than the ones ai got from a designer store. I highly recommend them I was reading some reviews that the ones from the others stores (the more expensive stores) are better but definitely not!
I had issues with my glasses order. James was so helpful with this process and continuously checked to see if there were any updates. He was able to identify the issue and fix it. Very thankful for all of his help, as well as the other members of the Atherton Warby Parker team.
