I went to the store on Woodward in downtown Detroit. The staff immediately welcomed me warmly. They offered to help me find frames and stayed with me until I did. They listened to my concerns and found frames for me that I absolutely love. It was also easy and fast.
Amazing service and amazing location. I have been to Warby Parker in several states and internationally and this is the best one I’ve been to by far. Everyone here was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. They took the time to get to know me. Adjusted my current frames and helped me pick out new styles I was interested in and stuff outside of my comfort zone that looked amazingggg.
